SPOON UNIVERSITY

Spoon University is an online food magazine aimed at college students. I was part of the marketing team for University of Oregon chapter. I served as the team's graphic designer and created flyers and graphics to promote our events to students and the greater Eugene community. I was also in charge of the Twitter account 3 days a week and together we collectively increased our following by 43%.

An article I worked on with another team member where we cooked a salmon dinner in the dishwasher...and it worked! Our article was featured on the Food Network Snapchat story.
